  • Why does it takes weeks to get my work back?
There are several stages in the pottery making, you can view the stages of pottery. Each take time. You cannot dry clay too fast because it cause excessive cracking. It has to slowly dry. Depending on your piece the thicker the clay the longer the drying time. If you bisque fire too early , and its damp, it can cause an explosion inside the kiln causing everyone's work to be destroyed. Pottery teaches us patience.
