the USA. Please allow 3-5 days for your item(s) to be shipped via USPS.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Yes, we do accept returns within 21 days of receipt of your pottery for a full refund, excluding shipping. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and if exchanging, the shipping cost for the new item as well. If the item is not returned in its original
condition for an exchange or refund, we reserve the right to refuse the return. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If you receive the pottery broken through the mail carrier, please take photos and send them to amytorres@blackcrowartistry.com ASAP, no later than 5 business days from the received date. Replacement pottery piece times will vary, depending on whether we have an item in stock or something equivalent to what you purchased is in stock. No two
pottery pieces will be exactly alike, this includes color. If we have to remake it, it can
take up to 3 to 4 weeks to complete the process.
